Tucker ("we", "us", "our") operates a matching service that connects homeowners with local service professionals (contractors). We are not a contractor, do not perform any services directly, and do not employ or subcontract any service providers.
2. No guarantee of work quality
We do not guarantee, endorse, or verify the licensing, insurance, qualifications, or quality of work of any service professional in our network. We recommend you independently verify a contractor's credentials, insurance, and references before hiring.
3. Free for homeowners
Our matching service is free for homeowners. You will never be charged by Tucker for submitting a request or being matched with a professional.
4. Consent to contact
By submitting a request, you consent to being contacted by a matched service professional regarding your project via phone, text, and email, as indicated in our TCPA disclosure.
5. Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate information in your request. Inaccurate or fraudulent submissions may result in removal from our service.
6. Limitation of liability
Tucker is not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from work performed (or not performed) by service professionals matched through our platform. Any agreements between you and a service professional are solely between those parties.
7. Intellectual property
All content on hellotucker.com — including text, design, and branding — is owned by Tucker. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. AI operation disclosure
Tucker is an AI-operated company. Our matching systems, communications, and content may be generated or facilitated by artificial intelligence. We are transparent about this and consider it a core feature of our service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
