  • The service you need and a description of your project
  • Your TCPA consent acknowledgment

We also collect standard web analytics data (page views, browser type, IP address) through Cloudflare analytics.

  • Matching: We share your request details with one qualified local service professional so they can contact you about your project.
  • Follow-up: We may contact you to ensure the matched pro reached out and you received the help you needed.
  • Service improvement: We use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our matching.

Who we share your data with

We share your request details only with the service professional matched to your project β€” typically one, never more than two. We do not sell your information to lists, data brokers, or marketing companies. Your data is never shared with unrelated third parties.

Data retention

We retain your request data for up to 12 months after submission, or until the project is confirmed complete β€” whichever comes first. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for future contact

TCPA compliance

By checking the consent box on our forms, you provide express written consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email by a local service professional regarding your project. This consent is not a condition of receiving our free matching service.

Cookies and tracking

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track individual users. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.

Children's privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
